Its actually more about the real Balto (nothing wrong with that!) than making of the actual film in my opinion. I know this never was on any DVD release I owned, and it isn't on the current blu-ray release from Universal. Perhaps this was an extra in another country??? I've seen it happen.

It was a special feature on the Brazilian Balto DVD. I was shocked when I saw that The Blu-ray release had no special features at all. I would have thought that this documentary would have been an excellent special feature being that it was never released in the U.S.

I'm as lost as you are on that one, maybe someone in Brazil that works for Universal's branch down there. Loves Balto and made sure that it had an awesome special feature for The DVD.
