Boris didn't need a love interest!

What a silly subplot to put in the film that really had no point.  I can't even remember the girl's name without looking it up..that's how forgettable she is!   Boris was funny enough without anyone else besides Balto, Muk and Luk in the mix.  Adding this character just took scenes away from Kodi and his struggles--plus she even got a song!  Ugh!

Am I right or off the mark here guys?

Honestly, I think you’re right with this. The movie definitely could’ve done without Stella (that’s her name). As a matter of fact, she’s actually my least favorite character in the franchise.

Stella was quick to grow on me, but I would have rather seen a romantic angle between Kodi and Dusty (I know this parring is just a fan parring) if a romance was needed. I agree more of the spotlight should have went to Kodi.
